Terms and Conditions for the BOGO Promotion

Welcome to St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen's Buy One Get One (BOGO) Promotion. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your participation in this special offer. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• The BOGO promotion is valid only for orders placed during the specified promotional period, as stated on the landing page.
• Offer applies exclusively to select menu items as specified on the promotion page. Does NOT include the Regular Menu Item of Short Ribs on Friday or Saturday.
• Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

2. Promotion Details

• The "Buy One, Get One" offer allows you to purchase one or more qualifying menu item(s) at the minimum price of $25 before Taxes and receive a second qualifying menu item of equal or lesser value for free.
• Offer is valid for dine-in and take-out orders only. Delivery orders are excluded this includes UberEATS.
• Limit: Two BOGO redemptions per customer per visit.
• No substitutions or modifications are permitted for qualifying items under this promotion.

3. Proof of Eligibility

• Guests may be required to show proof of purchase (e.g., Special Coupon sent in email confirmation or text) to redeem the BOGO promotion.
• Redemption is subject to availability of menu items at the time of order. Substitutions will not be provided for unavailable items.

4. Restrictions

• Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
• Taxes, gratuities, and additional charges are not included and will be calculated based on the total purchase amount.
• This promotion is not transferable and has no cash value.

5. Participation Expectations

• Guests are expected to follow restaurant rules and policies during their visit.
• Seating arrangements are subject to availability, and parties may be seated with other guests to maximize accommodation.

6. Liability

• St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen is not responsible for any technical errors or malfunctions that may affect participation in this promotion.
• By participating, customers agree to hold St. Rest #2 harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or in connection with this promotion.

7. Media Consent

• By participating in the BOGO promotion, you consent to the use of your likeness, including photographs or video recordings taken at the restaurant, for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity without compensation.

8. Modification or Termination

• St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
