Terms and Conditions for the Exclusive Easter Brunch at Grandma’s House One-Night Only Pop-Up Event Promotion

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Exclusive Easter Brunch at Grandma’s House hosted by St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen, guests agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the date and time selected. No exchanges, replacements, or credits will be provided for unused tickets or no-shows.

 

2. One-Night-Only Experience

• This is a limited-capacity, exclusive pop-up event. Seating is first come, first served. Early arrival is strongly encouraged.

 

3. Ticket Limits Apply

• Each guest may purchase a maximum of 5 tickets per order. Each ticket admits one person. Separate tickets are required for each seating.

 

4. Admission Requirements

• Guests must present proof of registration (email confirmation, First and Last name of the purchaser) at the door for entry. Screenshots are accepted. Signature required at check-in.

 

5. Dining & Service Expectations

• This is a dine-in only experience. Meals will be served, not buffet-style. Each guest will receive the pre-fixed menu listed on the event page. No menu substitutions or customizations allowed.

 

6. Photo & Video Consent

• By entering the venue, guests consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional use by St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen in perpetuity, without compensation.

 

7. Attire & Atmosphere

• Guests are invited to dress in their Sunday Best or come as they are—just come with good energy, open hearts, and ready to enjoy the music, the food, and the fellowship.

 

8. Liability Waiver

• St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this event. Attendance is at your own risk.

 

9. Children & Seating

• Each guest, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Seating with your party is not guaranteed, as community dining is encouraged. Guests may be seated with others not in their group.

 

10. Changes or Cancellations

• In the rare event of cancellation or change, guests will be notified via email. St. Rest #2 reserves the right to adjust any aspect of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
