Terms and Conditions for the Mother’s Day Celebration:
Dusties Groove at Grandma’s House One-Night Only Pop-Up Event Promotion

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Mother’s Day Celebration: Dusties Groove at Grandma’s House hosted by St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen (CK2), guests agree to the following terms:

 

1. GENERAL TERMS

All tickets, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns hosted by CK2 are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. By making a purchase or attending an event, you agree to comply with all stated rules, conditions, and the authority of the CK2 team and venue management. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the date and time selected. 

 

2. EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS & PROMOTION DETAILS

Each event will have its own specific description including pricing, menu details, activities, and event timing. These will be listed clearly during the day of the event. All details are subject to change and guests should check the official CK2 communication channels (website, emails, texts) for updates. This is a limited-capacity, exclusive pop-up event. Seating is first come, first served. Early arrival is strongly encouraged.

 

3. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

CK2 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any event or promotion due to weather, safety concerns, low registration, or any unforeseen circumstance. Refunds or exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

 

4. PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS

All guests must check in upon arrival. Guests will be seated based on availability and party size. Seating may be communal, and guests should expect to be seated near individuals not in their party. Respect for all staff and guests is expected at all times. Guests must present proof of registration (email confirmation, First and Last name of the purchaser) at the door for entry. Screenshots are accepted. Signature required at check-in.

 

5. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE / MEDIA CONSENT

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes without compensation. These materials may be used on CK2’s website, social media, print, and other promotional channels in perpetuity.

 

6. ELIGIBILITY

To attend a ticketed event, all guests must check in by giving the first and last name of the purchaser. Every attendee must sign in before being admitted. Guests must provide proof of eligibility by showing one of the following: This is a dine-in only experience. Meals will be served, not buffet-style. Each guest will receive the pre-fixed menu listed on the event page. No menu substitutions or customizations allowed.

• Confirmation email or receipt
• Official CK2 text message
• Coupon graphic or barcode sent directly from CK2

Here are a few more things Grandma wanted us to mention before you groove:

• All guests must be present to receive their meal — no exceptions. 
• No to-go plates will be provided for absent ticket holders. If ticket holders are not present to sit and enjoy the show, their ticket will be forfeited.
  
• Meals will not be held, transferred, or picked up by someone else.
  
• Carryout options will be available for purchase onsite.

 

7. LIABILITY

CK2 (St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen)  is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred at any event. Attendance and participation are at your own risk. By attending, you agree to hold harmless CK2 (St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen) and its affiliates, staff, sponsors, and vendors.

 

8. CHILDREN

Unless explicitly stated, events are designed for adults. Children may attend if accompanied by a guardian, but all meals are at standard pricing. No special kids’ pricing is offered unless otherwise promoted.

 

9. DRESS CODE

Guests are encouraged to come as they are unless a specific dress theme is stated. No nudity or offensive clothing will be tolerated. CK2 reserves the right to deny entry based on inappropriate attire.

 

10. COVID-19 & HEALTH PROTOCOLS

We encourage all guests to follow current CDC guidelines and stay home if feeling unwell. CK2 is not responsible for exposure to illness. Sanitation and health protocols will be in place for each event.

 

11. PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

Free and/or paid parking options may be available. Additional lots may be offered and accepted at the owner's liability and discretion. If you require special accommodations, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
