TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for applying to be a part of our Juneteenth Cookout for the Culture event. Please fill in the following information and agree to the terms in order to be considered for one of our premier vendor slots.

Terms & Conditions

I will submit the nonrefundable vendor fee of $150 within 48 hours of approval.

I will commit to setting up my table between 10:30am and 11:30am. If I arrive later than 11:30am, I understand that I will forfeit my spot and my investment.

I understand that I am responsible for my own setup, table decor, and product staging.

I am not a food or beverage vendor and will not sell any foods or beverages from my product table.

I understand that my investment fee includes my meal only. If I bring an assistant to help me, I will be sure to register them for general admission.

I understand that 1 6ft table, 2 chairs, and WiFi access will be provided, along with 1 meal for myself.

I understand that I must break down within 1 hour after the event’s ending, from 4pm to 5pm.

I understand that St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen, its staff, affiliates, partners, and neighboring businesses are not responsible for any damages or accidents incurred towards me, my business, my products, my table, my vehicle, or any personal belongings that I bring.
